Standing Committees and Chairs:
Policy/Planning Committee
The Policy/Planning Committee shall be responsible for preparing long-range and short-range plans and policies for the Corporation to accomplish its objectives and mission.

Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee shall be responsible for staffing issues and policies and to make recommendations concerning Personnel and Planning to the Board.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee shall be responsible for overseeing all financial matters of the Corporation, including preparation of budgets, financial statements, and reports required to maintain the registered charity status of the Corporation. The Finance Committee shall also be responsible for implementation and maintenance of internal controls, and coordination of Corporation activities with the external auditor. The Finance committee will normally be chaired by the Treasurer.

Fund-Raising Committee
The Fund-Raising Committee shall be responsible for obtaining grants, donations, and any other fund-raising and related activities as may be assigned to it from time to time by the Board.

Public Relations & Special Events Committee
Shall be responsible to promote the association within the community through media and to coordinate the association's special events.
CHAIR: Mark Batters
Program & Service Delivery Committee
The Program & Service Delivery Committee shall be responsible to ensure that the programs and services being offered by the association meet identified needs.
CHAIR: Lorna Edstrom
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee shall be responsible to promote new memberships and ongoing membership renewals among people who have a genuine interest in supporting the welfare of stroke survivors within the province of Manitoba.
